The Collaborative Process - Innovating Solutions Together
The Collaboration Process helps teams build stronger work relationships, co-create a positive future together, and harness innovation collectively. Employees are key stakeholders in any transformational change. When they are included in the change, they become engaged and feel a sense of ownership of their work. Plus, we never know who will come up with the next solution to a business challenge.
Transformation happens with employees, not to them. The Collaboration Process makes this possible.
This facilitated event is delivered onsite and in person for a group of employees. One of our Collaborative Facilitators leads the group through the steps to assist them in solving an issue collaboratively. Depending on the problem you want to solve, and the number of people involved, the event may take a morning, an evening, or a whole day. Groups of 10 or more participants are recommended.

At Collaborative Lead Training, we work with you to define the problem and determine who has experience with the challenge at hand. You've heard the saying, "A problem well-stated is a problem half-solved."
We help you plan and set the tone for the event. Everything from communication points to choosing the venue and determining what to serve helps ease tension and ensure people are going to be comfortable engaging in the process.
At the event your job is simple. While you listen and participate, our Collaborative Facilitator leads the group through the Collaborative Process.
In the end, your team will have a list of possible solutions and action items to take back to the office.
