  • techniques to help you navigate difficult situations.

Intended Audience: Executive assistants, Administrative Assistants, general office "Go To" people who have been in their role for 1-3 years.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this workshop, participants will have tips and tricks to use immediately on the job to build more efficiency and effectiveness in their day-to-day workWe'll cover the following:

  • email communications that get responses,

  • utilizing Outlook to create more time, 

  • a system to prioritize tasks and overall workload; and

  • techniques to navigate difficult situations.

Facilitator: Stacey Olson-Steele, CLTCo's lead facilitator. Stacey brings more than 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant in both corporate and public organizations, as well as 10 years as a teacher and trainer. Stacey has facilitated large scale professional development events at TRU, held national webinars teaching MS skills and hosted numerous workshops to various audiences throughout her career. Stacey brings a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere to all her training events. You are sure to learn a lot and have fun too!
